Lamborghini
A Sculptural Residential Concept for Lamborghini, Dubai
This project is an unrealised design concept developed for a residential complex in Dubai, where OHRA Studio designed both a private apartment and the main lobby for Lamborghini. The concept explores how the brand’s DNA can be translated into a residential environment, focusing not on explicit branding but on atmosphere, materiality, and architectural expression.
The Lobby as an Architectural Statement
The lobby was conceived as a space of first impression — sculptural, emotive, and deliberately restrained. Flowing ceiling forms create a sense of movement and continuity, shaping a spatial rhythm that subtly references speed and precision. Natural stone, warm neutral tones, and layered lighting establish an atmosphere of quiet luxury. The reception desk is intentionally minimal, allowing proportions, light, and texture to take center stage.
Residential Interiors as a Continuation of the Concept
The apartment interiors are designed as spaces for everyday living, where functionality is guided by clear architectural logic. Natural stone, warm wood finishes, and soft textiles form a restrained, tactile palette. Large-format marble defines key areas such as the kitchen, dining space, and bathrooms, while bespoke joinery ensures visual coherence throughout the interior.
Living and Dining Areas: A Balance of Space and Comfort
The living and dining areas are conceived as an open yet balanced environment for social interaction and relaxation. Sculptural furniture subtly defines zones without interrupting the spatial flow, while panoramic glazing brings in natural light and enhances the sense of openness. The design remains intentionally understated, allowing architecture and materials to shape the character of the space.

Bathrooms are defined by the contrast between solid stone elements and lighter surfaces, reinforcing a sense of spatial clarity and refinement.
Interpreting the Brand in a Residential Context
This conceptual project investigates how Lamborghini’s core values — precision, dynamism, and strength — can be interpreted through residential design in the context of Dubai. Without direct visual references to the brand, the interiors form a timeless, sculptural environment where architecture, materiality, and atmosphere work together as a cohesive whole.
