Private Garden House — A Retreat for Connection and Calm
Set within a lush garden in Saudi Arabia, this 100-square-meter residence was conceived as an exclusive setting for refined social gatherings and personal retreat. Thoughtfully designed as a standalone structure, the house brings together architecture, materiality, and atmosphere to create a home that is both intimate and open, both elegant and inviting.
A Sense of Arrival — Subtle Grandeur at the Entrance
The experience begins with a warm, timber-clad entryway, where proportion, lighting, and tone are meticulously composed. The entrance doesn’t shout; it speaks with quiet confidence, introducing the home’s rich material language and offering guests an immediate sense of calm.
The Social Heart — A Dining Area Built for Connection
At the core of the home lies a generously scaled dining space, envisioned not just for meals, but for memories. A sculptural central table is framed by upholstered seating that invites extended conversations. Natural stone, warm wood, and ambient lighting combine to shape an environment that’s both comfortable and elevated — ideal for evenings that linger effortlessly into the night.
A Private Spa Zone — Wellness in Everyday Living
In contrast to the home’s social spaces, the spa suite offers a deeply personal retreat. With a steam room, sauna, and walk-in shower, this zone evokes a sense of serenity through the use of tactile stone, soft lighting, and muted textures. It’s a space for restoration and ritual, where design supports both body and mind.

Material Harmony — Designed for Longevity and Beauty
Throughout the house, a cohesive palette of premium materials defines the aesthetic. From stone flooring to bespoke joinery and curated lighting, every element has been selected not only for its visual impact, but for durability and climate-resilience, ensuring the home remains as beautiful as it is functional.
An Architecture of Balance — Where Privacy Meets Hospitality
This project exemplifies a holistic approach to compact luxury living. Clear zoning creates a natural rhythm between sociability and stillness, while the overarching design language maintains visual continuity and flow. The result is a home where architecture facilitates connection, calm, and modern elegance.
